Vacuum Relief Valve

Vacuum relief valves are to prevent vacuum buildup in storage systems. These valves are designed with deadweight loaded or spring-loaded pallets that would lift at set vacuum. Thus, effectively maintaining the vacuum.

1. The material of Construction: Cast Al LM6, Cast Steel ASTM A 216 WCB, A351 CF8, A351 CF8M, Hastelloy, PTFE lined.
2. Seat:  Cast Steel, SS 304, SS 316, Hastelloy-C, PTFE Lined.
3.  Vacuum Guide: Cast Steel, SS 304, SS 316, Hastelloy-C, PTFE Lined.
4. Stem:  SS 304, SS 316, Hastelloy, PTFE lined.
5. Gasket: PTFE, CAF, Graphite, PFA.
6. Nut Bolts:  M.S Zinc Plated, ASTM A 193 B7/B8, A 351 CF8/CF8M.
